




Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive human resources management, including recruitment, supervision, personnel administration, and coordination of internal events. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end employee lifecycle management 2. Coordination of recruitment and personnel selection 3. Development and implementation of HR policies Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection for all 5 work centers Supervise onboarding, placement, and orientation of new employees Ensure daily staffing levels at each work center, arranging replacements in cases of absenteeism Prepare weekly work schedules Prepare payroll pre-lists Issue pay slips Create and maintain employee files Draft administrative minutes Manage uniform allocation Handle negotiations with employees Coordinate internal events Support managers and floor supervisors in aligning personnel by competencies Manage various job platforms and job boards Develop and implement HR policies Administer biometric systems Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company phone Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Personnel administration: 2 years (Mandatory) * HR-related positions: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
