




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with experience in the manufacturing sector to manage and supervise all HR activities, from recruitment to regulatory compliance. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions aligned with organizational needs and the current organizational chart to ensure proper personnel selection and recruitment. 2. Keep the staffing plan current for publishing open positions. 3. Provide appropriate onboarding follow-up for new hires to ensure successful integration into the organization, delivering relevant tools and training. 4. Verify compliance with internal policies to clarify personnel regarding organizational management practices. 5. Supervise and manage accurate payroll processing, conducting periodic reviews of the external provider to ensure fulfillment of organizational requirements. 6. Timely process employee registrations for IMSS enrollment. 7. Maintain up-to-date documentation for employee terminations to conclude labor relationships. 8. Actively and partially support the production area as required by personnel needs. 9. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law. 10.
