




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage the employee lifecycle—from recruitment through termination—and ensure regulatory compliance within an industrial company. Staff Integration and Development Industrial company seeks: Human Resources Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 2 years of experience in the position; manufacturing industry preferred ISO certification experience desirable Personnel management experience Responsibilities: 1. Maintain up-to-date job descriptions aligned with organizational needs and the current organizational chart to ensure proper staff selection and recruitment. 2. Keep the staffing plan current for publishing unfilled vacancies. 3. Provide appropriate follow-up for new hires to achieve satisfactory integration into the organization, delivering relevant tools and training. 4. Verify compliance with internal policies to clarify organizational management practices for staff. 5. Supervise and manage accurate payroll processing, conducting periodic reviews of the external provider to ensure fulfillment of organizational requirements. 6. Timely process employee registrations with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). 7. Maintain up-to-date documentation for employee terminations to formally conclude employment relationships. 8. Actively and partially support the production area in response to personnel needs. 9. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law. 10.
