The company *Minería Nueva Esperanza* seeks an individual capable of managing recruitment, mass hiring, and talent integration processes, thereby strengthening our workforce. **The following responsibilities must be taken into account:** 1\. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. 2\. Personnel recruitment and selection. 3\. Organization of job fairs. **Candidate Requirements for this Position:** 1\. Basic recruitment experience. 2\. Experience conducting mass interviews. 3\. Experience handling IMSS affiliation procedures. 4\. Knowledge of contract drafting. 5\. Psychometric testing. 6\. Software proficiency (Intermediate Excel). 7\.
