Must possess administrative organizational skills, aim to contribute to human capital development, and ensure efficient processes and excellent service to employees. **Responsibilities:** * **File Management:** Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee documentation. * **Attendance Tracking:** Support in recording attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations) for payroll calculation. * **Onboarding:** Assist in integrating new employees (equipment delivery, contract signing, orientation). * **Organizational Climate:** Support in organizing internal events and corporate communications. * **Recruitment Support:** Receive hiring requests, grant candidate access, and collect required documents. **Requirements and Competencies — Education and Knowledge:** * **Education:** Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel is essential for reporting). * **Laws:** Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (or applicable local legislation). **Skills:** * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to interact effectively with individuals across all hierarchical levels. * **Organization:** Capacity to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail. * **Ethics and Confidentiality:** Handling of sensitive information (salaries, personal data). * **Empathy:** Serving as the first friendly point of contact for employees.
