In the Human Resources Analyst position at Protec \| Degasa, you will be responsible for attracting, analyzing, training, and managing competent personnel to achieve organizational objectives while fostering employee well-being. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Metropolitan Area of Cuernavaca. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct recruitment and hiring processes according to job profiles established in the organizational structure. * Conduct onboarding for newly hired personnel. Manage personnel movements (modifications, hires, terminations). * Administer control and maintenance of internal system databases (BIOMETRIC CLOCK, ERP, SAP), ensuring reliable and up-to-date personnel information. * Draft employment contracts and renewals—both fixed-term and indefinite-term—ensuring legal compliance. * Maintain personnel files and safeguard information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and accessibility. * Manage inventory and supply of uniforms, boots, and lockers. * Calculate monthly productivity and punctuality bonuses. * Support activities related to audits corresponding to the department. * Promote a healthy work environment among employees by addressing their needs and reinforcing organizational culture. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of recruitment, selection, competency-based interviews, onboarding, training, personnel administration, and pre-payroll processing. * Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources roles. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Responsible, results-oriented, continuous learner, adaptable. * Work location: Civac, Morelos. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1\. * On-site work. **BENEFITS:** * Monthly salary: $15,000 * Biweekly payment. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: Savings fund, food vouchers, subsidized cafeteria, life insurance, major medical expense insurance.
