




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage internal policies, recruitment, personnel administration, training, and ensure legal compliance within a chemical specialties company. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and updates internal policies on recruitment, performance, and benefits. 2. Executes recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. 3. Ensures compliance with legal and labor regulations. DESCRIPTION **COMPANY ENGAGED IN THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF CHEMICAL SPECIALTIES, CONDUCTING IMPORT AND EXPORT ACTIVITIES** **Location:** Jardines de la Montaña, Tlalpan, Mexico City **Salary:** $20,000 monthly **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements**: 30-day year-end bonus, 50% vacation premium, SGMM, grocery vouchers **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Requirements:** * Age: 33 to 50 years old * Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position * Education: bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, or related field * Demonstrable employment stability **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of labor laws, social security, contracts, and terminations **Responsibilities:** * Manage and update internal policies on recruitment, performance, and benefits * Execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes * Administer payroll calculations, vacation scheduling, leave management, and labor compliance * Organize technical and soft-skills training programs * Manage employee files and documentation * Support the development of job descriptions and salary scales * Analyze staff turnover and propose improvement actions * Ensure compliance with legal and labor regulations * Coordinate onboarding of new hires and offboarding processes * Support performance evaluations and talent development * Participate in resolving labor disputes * Prepare HR department reports and metrics If you meet the profile and are interested in joining a growing project where you can contribute your experience and advance professionally, we invite you to apply.
