Leadership, accountability, and effective communication **Job Objective** Supervise and verify the proper functioning of assigned security services, ensuring that operational staff comply with company instructions, procedures, and policies, as well as with standards established with the client. **Functions and Responsibilities** Operational Supervision * Maintain full staffing levels for assigned services * Prospect candidates in case of incomplete staffing for assigned services * Conduct supervision rounds across various services * Verify that personnel comply with security instructions, protocols, and procedures * Review proper shift and surveillance post coverage * Identify and report operational incidents Personnel Control * Supervise personnel discipline, appearance, and performance * Verify correct use of uniforms and work equipment * Report absences, tardiness, or abandonment of duty * Support service coverage during personnel absences Documentation Control * Review service logs * Prepare supervision reports * Inform the operational coordinator of relevant incidents Customer Service * Maintain communication with service responsible parties * Address customer observations or complaints * Report risk situations or incidents Security and Emergencies * Implement security protocols * Coordinate actions in case of emergencies * Support civil protection procedures Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Technical competencies: Operational supervision Decision-making Conflict resolution Organization * Skills and competencies: Technical competencies * Operational supervision * Decision-making * Conflict resolution * Organization Personal competencies * Leadership * Accountability * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Honesty * Additional requirements: * Flexible schedule availability * Willingness to travel between service locations * Vehicle operation (desirable) * Valid driver's license (desirable) Education: * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Operational supervision, security guard, or shift supervisor: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
