**Clinical Field Supervisor** UVM is looking for your talent for the position of **Clinical Field Supervisor** **Position Objective:** Ensure the quality of clinical and professional training through management with Health Institutions and/or companies to secure clinical fields consistent with the development of professional competencies during clinical cycles and medical internships, guaranteeing continuous improvement of the medicine program. **Functions and Activities:** o Diagnosis of placement and calculation of medical positions needs. o Linkage and follow-up with hospital sites and health authorities. o On-site supervision with students, teachers, and teaching leaders. o Follow-up on the hiring of the medical teaching staff. o Document control of each process. o Support in the organization of academic events and public ceremonies. o Monitoring of health agreements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with a related Master's degree. 1 year of experience in managing positions for clinical rotations, medical internships, and social service, preferably in educational institutions, the health sector, or related areas. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel. Standard vehicle driving skills. **Competencies:** Customer and service orientation. Effective communication. Results-driven. Compliance with regulations.
