**URGENTLY REQUIRED** **Quality Management System Manager (ISO 9001:2015)** **Experience in the Metal-Mechanical Sector** We are seeking a committed professional with proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015. This position requires technical skills, documentary leadership, effective communication, and proficiency in digital platforms such as SharePoint for information management and control. Key Responsibilities. ***Requirements*** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related degree (certified). * Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (verifiable). * 5 to 10 years’ experience as QMS Manager under ISO 9001:2015 (verifiable). * Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Language: Intermediate English (verifiable). * Proficiency in SharePoint for system document management. ***Technical Knowledge*** · Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and other standards). · Applicable regulations (NOMs, STPS, ISO, etc.). * Continuous improvement, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, risk analysis, 8D, statistical analysis, and flowcharts. · Internal and external audits. · Management and resolution of nonconformities. · Document management systems (including digital platforms or ERP). ***Main Activities*** · Coordinate and monitor compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). · Supervise, update, and manage system documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms). · Plan, conduct, and monitor internal and external audits. · Implement and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. · Design and deliver training on quality, auditing, and continuous improvement topics. · Manage risks and opportunities related to the QMS. · Implement and maintain improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, performance indicators). · Collaborate with various company departments to foster a culture of quality and safety. · Ensure integration of the QMS with technological tools and/or ERP.
