Guarantee legal and regulatory compliance across all processes. **Grupo Taitto, a company with over 30 years in the market, dedicated to producing peanut-based snacks and appetizers, is seeking:** **QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR** **Job Objective** Lead the design, structuring, and control of all the organization’s documented information. Priority will be placed on ensuring that every operational and administrative process is properly recorded and aligned with current legal requirements, thereby guaranteeing traceability and preparedness for external audits. **Main Responsibilities** * **Process Documentation:** Develop, draft, and update manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms for all departments within the company. * **Legal Compliance:** Ensure documented processes comply with applicable local and international regulations for the sector (e.g., Official Mexican Standards, food safety standards, labor regulations). * **Information Control:** Manage the document control system to prevent use of obsolete versions and ensure information confidentiality. * **Internal Audits:** Coordinate and conduct internal audit plans to verify that documented practices are effectively implemented in actual operations. * **Nonconformance Management:** Track audit findings and propose corrective actions based on legal and regulatory frameworks. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Corporate Law, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in quality management, document control, or compliance roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the **ISO 9001:2015** standard. * Interpretation and application of legal and regulatory frameworks. * Process mapping methodologies (BPMN, flowcharts). * Excellent technical writing and spelling skills. * **Soft Skills:** Analytical thinking, extreme attention to detail, negotiation ability, and high organizational capacity.
