




**Project Manager Gestoría y Trámites** **Position Mission:** Coordinate and supervise projects related to document management, administrative, regulatory, and legal procedures, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards established by the organization and competent authorities. * Plan and execute management projects: licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, notarial, tax, or government procedures. * Coordinate internal and external teams (managers, lawyers, notaries, consultants). * Monitor the progress of procedures before public and private agencies. * Identify specific legal and administrative requirements for each project. * Prepare schedules, budgets, and progress reports. * Manage official documentation, files, and digital archives. * Maintain constant communication with clients, authorities, and suppliers. * Anticipate legal or administrative risks and propose solutions. Academic Background* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Accounting, International Relations, or related fields. * Desired: Postgraduate diploma or certification in Project Management (PMI, Scrum, etc.). Experience* Minimum 3 years in managing administrative, legal, or regulatory procedures. * Experience dealing with government agencies (SAT, IMSS, INDAABIN, SRE, etc.). * Knowledge of notarial, tax, immigration, or corporate processes. Technical Skills* Proficiency in management tools (Excel, Trello, MS Project). * Knowledge of applicable legal and administrative regulations. * Handling of physical and digital files. * Formal writing of letters, applications, and reports.
