Support operational staff development and analyze complaints. **Position Objective:** Ensure standardization of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, KOSHER, HALAL, and social requirements by complying with applicable regulations, standards, and customer specifications. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that the quality management system complies with legal, food safety, Kosher, Halal, and quality requirements during production stages through internal audits and requirement evaluations to ensure continuous compliance with the system and customer specifications. * Follow up on corrective actions arising from audits, complaints, and continuous improvement processes to prevent recurrence of nonconformities and strengthen the management system. * Supervise and maintain the necessary documentary system across various departments to standardize quality, food safety, WCM, Kosher, and Halal systems through planned audits. * Follow up on and drive analysis of complaints, claims, and opportunities identified by customers and consumers via SAC and ARC, providing timely responses to positively impact the business image. * Support operational staff development through audits assessing adherence to standardized procedures, with support from department leaders, to positively impact production chain objectives. * Supervise SAP system efficiency by ensuring constant updates of master data loaded into the system and identifying areas for improvement to ensure continuity of processes. **Benefits:** * $13,500 gross * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Career development plan.
