As the Logistics Coordinator at BUFFINGTONS DE MÉXICO SA DE CV, you will be responsible for managing distribution logistics through effective document control and preparation, drafting documentation, recording outgoing orders, and other related tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include inventory organization, customer service, and coordination with suppliers to ensure an efficient flow of materials and deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our facilities in Mexico City, José Ignacio Bartolache 1911, Col. Acacias. **Requirements** * Proficiency in document management and organizational skills to maintain material control and order. * Experience in distribution logistics to ensure proper product supply and timely deliveries to customers. (Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred) * Customer service skills to deliver quality support and resolve incidents effectively. * Additional competencies such as teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail are highly valued. * Experience using computer systems. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Minimum 3 years of experience.
