Contribution to personnel management and internal policies An agro-industrial company is seeking a(n): **HR Assistant** Who will provide support in executing and monitoring administrative processes within the department, contributing to proper personnel management and compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Ability to handle confidential information and employment documentation. * Skill in organizing and controlling information. * One year of experience in HR administrative activities, such as: compiling and updating employee files, tracking attendance incidents, posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews and candidate communication, supporting logistics and follow-up of training programs, and providing general administrative support to the Human Resources department. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes. * Management of employee files and document control. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word). * Organization and control of physical and digital files. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for learning and development in the Human Resources field.
