




**Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service and Communication:** * Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and route them to the appropriate department. * Receive and assist visitors and customers. * Manage email and correspondence (incoming/outgoing). * **Document Management:** * Archive, classify, and keep physical and digital documents up to date. * Create and customize documents, reports, and presentations. * **Organization and Planning:** * Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, including booking meeting rooms and preparing materials. * Monitor office supply inventory and place orders. * **Accounting and Financial Support:** * Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and manage basic expenses. * Assist with payroll and quotations, as applicable. * **Operational Support:** * Data entry into spreadsheets and databases (Excel). * Provide logistical support for internal events or meetings. **Working Hours** *Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM* *Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM* * Rest on Sundays * 45-minute daily lunch break Benefits: Base salary: * Base salary \+ perfect attendance bonus **Gender:** *No preference* **Skills:** * *Strong verbal communication skills* * *Customer service orientation* * *Well-organized in tasks* * *Proactive in conflict resolution* Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
