




**Administrative Manager** **Department:** Administrative **Reports to:** Management **Supervisory responsibility:** None **Objective** Ensure comprehensive administrative control of the workshop by maintaining up-to-date information on work orders, billing, collections, and reporting; serving as the liaison among operations, sales, customers, and management to guarantee order, continuity, and business growth. **Responsibilities** Bank, payment, and travel expense monitoring and control. Documentary control of billing: Requesting invoices, cancellations, and payment complements from external accounting services. Collections control: Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and prevent delays. Daily administration and updating of the work order database (administrative status). Preparation and follow-up of daily meeting minutes with operational departments, projects, and sales. Generation of administrative sales reports and organization of team meetings. Attention and follow-up for key customers when sales declines or administrative issues are identified. Support in developing and documenting administrative procedures or policies, as applicable. Responsible handling of confidential information. Other activities aimed at improving the position and department. **Requirements** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** in similar administrative roles (preferably in SMEs or operational environments). **Technical knowledge:** Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. Administrative control of work orders, billing, and collections. Basic knowledge of invoicing / SAT (Mexican Tax Authority).
