Objective: Provide personalized and professional service to residents, visitors, and vendors, ensuring access control, basic security, and proper front desk operations. Responsibilities * Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors * Control access to the residential tower * Register entries and exits of visitors, vendors, and external personnel * Route calls, messages, and resident requests * Assist in coordinating services requested by residents (package handling, courier services, vendors) * Receive, safeguard, and notify residents of incoming mail and packages Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma * **Experience:** 1–2 years in customer service, front desk, concierge, or similar roles * Customer service orientation * Basic computer skills (email, logs, package tracking) Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, organization and follow-up, confidentiality, service-oriented attitude Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,380.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
