Main Responsibilities: * Vehicle access control through validation of registration stickers. * Directing and escorting visitors and vendors. * Supervision of vehicle and pedestrian access points. * Attendance tracking for internal staff (gardening, maintenance, and cleaning). * Supporting compliance with internal regulations. * Security patrols in common and perimeter areas. * Preparation of logs, incident reports, and summaries. * Receiving and delivering packages to condominium residents.
