Additional activities include consolidation of clinical documentation and other administrative tasks. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and participation in the continuous improvement of the assigned area and the entire organization are required. **Coordination** * Administrative and clinical oversight of Medical Services personnel (Physicians, Paramedics, Nurses and Receptionists) across multiple locations. * Assignment of duties to Medical Services personnel. * Management of Medical Services incidents to support continuous improvement. * Compliance with regulations, policies and care protocols. * Management of medical supplies. * Coordination of ancillary services (laboratory, specialists). * Periodic Morbidity and Medical Services compliance reports. * For BBVA, scheduling weekly specialist consultations. * Planning of preventive medicine campaigns. * Issuance of medical leave certificates. Requirements: +5 years of experience. BLS - ACLS. Professional License. Other specialization and related certifications.
