




Job Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Responsible Officer with experience in administering IV infusions to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient safety, and IV Therapy operational integrity. Opportunity for professional development within a growing company. **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, medical standards, and health guidelines related to IV Therapy, guaranteeing proper IV infusion administration, patient safety, and healthcare operations in accordance with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer IV infusions in accordance with internal guidelines. * Serve as the **Healthcare Responsible Officer** before regulatory authorities and internally. * Make decisions regarding **healthcare measures**, medical procedures, and safety protocols. * Supervise and validate the **correct administration of IV infusions**, per medical guidelines. * Provide **technical and medical feedback** to operational and clinical staff. * Ensure compliance with current **healthcare regulations** (COFEPRIS and applicable regulations). * Develop and review **healthcare protocols, manuals, and procedures**. * Participate in internal and external healthcare audits. * Train staff on healthcare practices, supply handling, and medical protocols. * Report healthcare incidents and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Medical Management departments. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree and mandatory professional title (healthcare field: Physician). * Valid professional license. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Healthcare Responsible Officer or in similar roles. * Knowledge of: * Current healthcare regulations. * Handling and administration of IV infusions. * Medical and safety protocols. * Good Clinical Practices. * Strong **decision-making ability**. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Key Competencies** * Responsibility and professional ethics. * Attention to detail. * Organization and control. * Ability to work under pressure. * Patient safety focus. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience). * Job stability. * Professional development within a growing company. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
