Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tableware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. 2. Assist kitchen staff with general organization and cleaning. 3. Distintivo H certification. Kitchen cleaning experience. Availability to work rotating shifts is mandatory. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Wash and maintain tableware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils in good condition, as well as assist with any tasks assigned by the Chef. \* Disinfect tableware, flatware, pots, utensils, and kitchen equipment. \* Mop and clean kitchen floors, storerooms, warehouses, and product receiving areas. \* Ensure proper waste segregation and replace garbage bags at the end of each shift. \* Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen before, during, after each service, and at the end of the workday. \* Assist kitchen staff in organizing and cleaning shelves, refrigerators, and freezers. \* Follow good practices and hygienic food handling procedures throughout all kitchen activities. **We Offer:** Direct employment.
