**Hospital San Miguel** is seeking a committed, leadership-oriented, and service-minded **Head Nurse** who ensures quality and safety in patient care. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (degree and professional license mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of hospital regulations and clinical procedures. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Intermediate proficiency in administrative tools. * KPI management. * Knowledge of process development. * Knowledge of training programs. * **FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff across all shifts. * Ensure compliance with protocols, hospital regulations, and quality standards. * Develop and manage shift schedules, incident reports, and staff coverage. * Supervise proper patient care and safety. * Collaborate with medical staff and administrative departments. * Manage nursing supplies, equipment, and materials. * Train staff and monitor performance. * Prepare reports and track departmental indicators. * Training and onboarding for new hires. * Maintain surgical logs and logs for other areas. * Attend meetings. * Conduct daily rounds across all areas to ensure team members are executing processes correctly and remain available to assist nurses at any time. * Other duties related to the position.
