We Are Looking For **Operations Manager for Three Micro-Hotels in Valle de Guadalupe** A boutique hotel group in Valle de Guadalupe seeks an **Operations Manager** with strategic vision and a results-driven focus to lead the integrated operation of three properties. We seek a candidate with strong organizational skills, firm leadership, and proven experience in hospitality—ensuring operational efficiency, financial control, and service excellence. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations across all three properties (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage). * Ensure compliance with service and quality standards at each property. * Implement strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and guest satisfaction. * Manage budgets, expenses, and optimize resources to improve profitability. * Lead and develop teams, promoting operational discipline and a results-oriented culture. * Establish and monitor monthly KPIs. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Promptly address and resolve critical operational issues. * Deliver executive reports and performance analyses to Management. **Required Profile** * Age between 20 and 40 years. * Minimum verifiable experience of 6 months as supervisor or department head. * Flexibility to work variable hours. * Leadership, operational mindset, decision-making ability, and goal orientation. **We Offer** * Base salary of $25,000 MXN per month, tax-free, plus profitability bonus. * Salary increase at the third and sixth month based on performance. * Productivity bonus tied to overall results. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development within a growing group in Valle de Guadalupe. * Stability and medium-term career projection.
