Responsibility for safety and health on site **Construction Supervisor** Job Objective: Lead the entire architectural project lifecycle, from conceptualization and schematic design to construction supervision. Responsible for ensuring aesthetic excellence, technical functionality, and compliance with budgets and schedules. **1\. Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Degree and Professional License mandatory) * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as Construction Supervisor **2\. Main Responsibilities:** * **Contractor Management:** Coordinate earthwork, foundation, masonry, and installation crews. * **Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):** Ensure all personnel use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow fall protection protocols. * **Site Logbook:** Maintain up-to-date records of activities, incidents, and on-site change approvals. * **Material Control:** Verify receipt of supplies (steel, ready-mix concrete, etc.) and prevent waste. **3\.
