We want the person capable of maintaining full control over administrative operations, coordinating accounts, logistical processes, and serving as a key member of the CAMFRI team. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, Finance**, or related field. * Minimum 1 **year** of experience. * High level of organization, process orientation, and strategic vision. * Ability to lead teams with empathy, clarity, and motivation. * Solid proficiency in administrative management tools and digital platforms. * Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Service-oriented mindset, commitment, and continuous improvement mentality. **Responsibilities:** * Integration, cleansing, and analysis of accounting accounts. * Review and validation of the invoice receipt process; reconciliation of supplier statements versus accounting sub-ledgers. * Supplier payments, tracking of payment planning and due dates to meet committed deadlines. * Receipt and validation of fiscal requirements for invoices, and accounting registration in ERP. * Development of payment process layouts. * Generation and review of payment proposals. * Completion of document and accounting account audit forms. * Validation of expense accruals, document cancellations, and reimbursements. **CAMFRI Benefits:** * Competitive salary: $13,780 monthly (gross) * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * High-performance environment. * Challenges and impactful projects. * State-of-the-art facilities. * Ongoing training and development. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **Here, there is no room for the ordinary.
