Coordination of paving and roadworks Job Objective Supervise and coordinate field urban development works, ensuring continuity between phases, compliance with grade levels, infrastructure quality, and progress in accordance with the schedule. Responsibilities Supervision of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks. Control and verification of grade levels and field layout markings. Supervision of earthworks (excavations, fills, and compactions). Coordination of paving, curbs, and sidewalks. Control of roadwork execution by active work fronts. Monitoring of compaction tests and quality control. Supervision of crew productivity. Daily and weekly physical progress reporting. Required Profile Civil Engineer (licensed or intern). 1–2 years of experience in urban development for residential projects. Proven experience in networks, earthworks, and roadworks. Knowledge of grade-level control (use of dumpy level; total station preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Experience working on phased or multiple-front projects. Willingness to work 100% in the field.
