**Construction Surveyor** **GRUPO HJ VERDE** **C**uernavaca, Morelos full-time Schedule: Monday\-Friday 09:00 to 18:00 1 hr lunch Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00 **Job Description:** A construction sector company is seeking a **Surveyor** with experience in surveys, layout, and topographic control for civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in project execution, working closely with the engineering and site supervision teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct topographic surveys using GPS, total station, and leveling instruments. * Prepare field drawings and reports. * Perform layout and stakeout of structures according to plans. * Verify elevations, slopes, and coordinates. * Manage and update reference points (benchmarks). * Assist in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Coordinate with site resident engineer and construction superintendent. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor's in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in civil works or infrastructure projects. * **Skills:** * Operation of total station, GPS, and automatic level. * Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar). * Volume and coordinate calculations. * **Availability:** For field work and travel (if applicable). * Valid driver's license (desirable). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Professional growth opportunities.
