




We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Supervisor to lead, guide, and coordinate the activities of our operational team. Key Responsibilities The role of the Personnel Supervisor includes, but is not limited to: \* Leadership and Team Management: \* Supervise and coordinate daily staff work to ensure achievement of objectives and deadlines. \* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. \* Serve as a communication link between senior management and employees. \* Productivity and Workflow: \* Set performance goals and deadlines that align with company plans. \* Organize workflow by efficiently assigning tasks and responsibilities. \* Monitor staff productivity and implement corrective actions when necessary. \* Training and Development: \* Provide ongoing training and constructive feedback to team members. \* Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for staff. \* Administration and Compliance: \* Maintain accurate personnel records, working hours, and performance reports. \* Ensure compliance with internal company policies and current legal regulations. \* Participate in hiring processes, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary. \* Problem Resolution: \* Effectively and promptly manage and resolve workplace complaints, conflicts, and operational issues.
