**Clinical Field Supervisor** UVM is looking for your talent for the position of **Clinical Field Supervisor** **Position Objective:** Ensure the quality of clinical and professional training by managing relationships with healthcare institutions and/or companies to secure clinical placements aligned with the development of professional competencies during clinical cycles and medical internships, guaranteeing continuous improvement of the medical program. **Functions and Activities:** • Assessment of placement needs and calculation of required medical positions. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with hospital sites and health authorities. • On-site supervision involving students, faculty, and teaching coordinators. • Monitoring the hiring process for the medical teaching staff. • Documentation control for each process. • Support in organizing academic events and public activities. • Monitoring of healthcare agreements. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with a relevant Master's degree. 1 year of experience in managing clinical placements, medical internships, and social service, preferably within educational institutions, the health sector, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles **Competencies:** Customer and service orientation Effective communication Results-driven Adherence to rules and regulations Planning **Why work at UVM?** We are Mexico’s largest private university, with 60 years of academic experience, social commitment, and professional vision.
