Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery to customers through the digital home delivery service channel, by ensuring proper operations, adherence to processes and service protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the achievement of objectives for the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal functioning of physical and technological tools for the channel. \- Manage staffing according to demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. A bachelor's degree or engineering degree (in progress or completed) in economics or administrative fields is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
