We seek a **Senior Cisco Networking Supervisor** with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams, focused on Cisco technologies and enterprise-critical infrastructure management. This position will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the correct technical and operational execution of projects and specialized support in networking, security, collaboration, wireless, switching, and enterprise connectivity. **Key Responsibilities** · Supervise and coordinate specialized engineering teams in: * Security * Networking * Wireless * Collaboration * Switching * CCTV * Structured cabling and network nodes · Lead the operation and support of enterprise-critical infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and SLA compliance. · Coordinate technology infrastructure implementations, migrations, and projects using Cisco technologies. · Supervise advanced configurations of Routing & Switching, Wireless, Firewalls, and collaboration solutions. · Validate network architectures, standards, best practices, and security policies. · Manage high-impact technical escalations and advanced troubleshooting. · Coordinate activities among engineering, help desk, operations, and corporate clients. · Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and health of the technology infrastructure. · Ensure compliance with technical documentation standards, diagrams, and project deliverables. · Participate in designing enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions. · Supervise installation and operation of: * Core and Access Switches * LAN/WAN Networks * Wireless Infrastructure * IP CCTV * Structured Cabling * Communication Rooms and Nodes · Track operational KPIs, response times, and service quality. · Lead technical teams, assign tasks, and develop engineering personnel **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networks, Systems, Computer Science, or related field. **Certifications (preferred):** CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, CCNP Collaboration, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Cisco Routing & Switching * Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus * Cisco and Meraki Wireless * Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls * VPNs and perimeter security * Cisco ISE and access control * LAN/WAN and SD-WAN networks * Structured cabling infrastructure * CCTV and IP video surveillance switching * IP telephony and Cisco collaboration * Multilayer advanced troubleshooting * Infrastructure monitoring and management * Enterprise architecture design * Critical incident management **Preferred Experience:** * 6+ years managing and supporting enterprise Cisco infrastructure. * 3+ years leading engineering teams or networking departments. * Experience in enterprise projects and critical environments. * Experience coordinating multiple technical disciplines simultaneously. **Other Requirements:** * Willingness to travel * Availability for critical incident response * Technical and conversational English (preferred) * Technical and operational leadership **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Job stability * Training and certifications * Participation in high-impact strategic projects * Professional development within a Cisco Partner environment * Advancement to managerial positions Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many people have you directly supervised, and what were their technical profiles? * Have you led multidisciplinary teams?
