### **Position Objective** Supervise and audit compliance with operational processes in franchises, ensuring **service quality, timely delivery, and proper training**, as well as providing feedback and follow-up for continuous improvement. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Audit and supervise **compliance with operational processes** in franchises. * Verify **service quality**, **customer service**, and **timely delivery**. * Conduct **on-site visits to 6 warehouses**, during **6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** * Evaluate staff performance and proper application of procedures. * Identify areas for improvement and provide clear and timely **feedback**. * Follow up on the implementation of **corrective actions and improvements**. * Provide **training and clarification of doubts** to franchise staff. * Maintain constant communication through **video calls and follow-up meetings**. * Prepare audit reports and compliance status reports. ### **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Focus on quality and continuous improvement * Analytical ability * Operational audit management
