Required Profile * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Graduated) * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital facilities, hotels, retail or shopping centers, ensuring continuous operation and compliance with technical standards * Flexible schedule availability Offer Monthly gross salary of $22,400 MXN Statutory benefits Discounts for cafeteria and parking Profit sharing Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate technical staff and maintenance workers, ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective work orders. * Verify proper handling of maintenance requests submitted by different hospital departments. * Review, authorize, and follow up on the closure of service orders, guaranteeing their satisfactory completion. * Ensure proper operation, presentation, and appearance of hospital facilities, including medical, administrative, and common areas. * Supervise tasks related to finishes, carpentry, and drywall. * Coordinate the planning and execution of annual preventive maintenance plans. * Manage coordination and follow-up with external suppliers and contractors for specialized services. * Report progress, incidents, and requirements to the Real Estate Maintenance Management.
