Position Objective: Maintain the institution’s branch and office electromechanical infrastructure in optimal condition. Manage and supervise annual maintenance programs for electrical installations and electromechanical equipment, special projects, and major maintenance activities across all assigned properties. Each day, you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: 1\. Developing preventive and/or corrective maintenance programs. 2\. Responding to requests classified as emergencies and/or those whose severity endangers people’s physical integrity or disrupts branch operations. 3\. Visiting all Banorte properties assigned to you to conduct a comprehensive and thorough review of the property’s conservation and operational status, including its equipment and installations. 4\. Executing maintenance projects, electromechanical equipment renewal projects, and preventive and corrective maintenance at substations, involving on-site verification of generator quantities (volumetrics and specifications) and quality control of executed work. 5\. Knowing the operational status and conditions of all properties, equipment, and furniture assigned to you by the Maintenance Management department. 6\. Coordinating suppliers providing electromechanical equipment maintenance services. 7\. Coordinating air conditioning equipment replacement projects, reviewing engineering designs and budgets. 8\. Conducting annual inventories of electromechanical equipment at assigned branches—at least once per year. Requirements: * Professional education: Electromechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical-Mechanical Engineer. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in substations, air conditioning equipment, and emergency power plants. * Experience and in-depth knowledge of electrical installations, air conditioning equipment, substations, emergency power plants, and similar equipment. * Administrative skills required for reviewing construction generators and/or estimates, supplier management and reconciliation, payment control, and project scheduling and monitoring. * Required knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Office applications; ability to interpret and modify electrical and air conditioning system drawings. * Languages: N/A * Willingness to travel: Mandatory. * Willingness to travel: Yes * Valid driver’s license At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
