




**Requirements:** * Education: Technician or Engineer in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields. * Experience: 2 to 5 years in heavy-duty vehicle or transportation fleet maintenance. * Knowledge: Fault diagnosis, brake systems, suspension systems, transmission systems, and diesel engines; industrial and road safety regulations. * Skills: Data analysis, planning, organization, and effective communication. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Develop, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the fleet. * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic faults in tractors and trailers. * Coordinate repairs with internal and external workshops, ensuring quality and delivery timelines. * Monitor inventories of spare parts and materials required for maintenance. * Record and analyze maintenance performance indicators. * Prepare unit status reports, maintenance cost reports, and improvement recommendations. **Key Competencies:** * Expertise in tractor-trailer and trailer maintenance. * Mechanical, electrical, and electronic fault diagnosis. * Proficiency in fleet maintenance management software. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Organization, planning, and teamwork.
