





**An Industrial Dining Hall Supervisor with experience in the following is required:** \* Supervise operational staff to deliver the three daily meals on time: breakfast at 08:00 am, lunch at 13:00 pm, and dinner at 18:00 pm. \* Train operational staff in MHA procedures (proper handwashing, handling of kitchen utensils, temperature checks, completing forms and logs). \* Manage, control, and supervise assigned personnel, a team of 8 people (3 cooks and 5 general assistants). \* Comply with guidelines, forms, and requirements set forth by NOM 251 and 605\. \* Provide staff with information about new food presentations or seasoning improvements. \* Provide personalized attention to clients and senior management, including the preparation of Special Dishes. \* Weekly receipt of supplies (supervised jointly with responsible warehouse staff). \* Attend quality inspections and visits from COPRISEM. \* Maintain satisfactory scores in internal MHA audits, evaluated quarterly.
