We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and passionate **Events and Congresses Executive**, skilled in the strategic planning of corporate events.
**What will you do in this role?**
* Coordinate and execute corporate events at national and international levels.
* Manage suppliers and end-to-end event logistics.
* Plan every detail to ensure an impeccable experience.
* Travel to various domestic and international destinations as part of event execution.
* Use advanced Excel tools for budgeting, tracking, and control.
**Essential Requirements:**
* **Advanced English** (spoken and written) **is mandatory**.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in **corporate event coordination**.
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
* Proficiency in **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, reports).
* **Willingness to travel** (domestically and internationally).
* Excellent **organizational and planning skills**, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
* Experience dealing with suppliers and negotiation skills.
* **Availability to work onsite in the southern area** of CDMX.
