Maintain accounting records and issue financial and tax reports. Consolidate accounts, and develop and implement accounting procedures. Verify the correct recording and application of accounts receivable and accounts payable balances; execute and monitor intercompany transactions; validate transactions related to pre-owned vehicles (ensuring compliance with requirements, withholding taxes, etc.). Supervise and reconcile accounts receivable portfolio balances. Review bank, plant, and financial reconciliations. Submit monthly closing reports to corporate. Coordinate periodic cash counts for the general cash fund and the Credit and Collections department. Verify bank deposits to confirm that funds have been credited to the company’s bank accounts. Prepare, pay, and apply the ISAN tax. Validate the dispatch of new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring no outstanding debts exist and all established requirements are met.
