We seek organized, committed individuals with a service-oriented mindset who wish to join a growing project, contributing through operations and ensuring everything functions efficiently. **Position Purpose** To provide administrative and operational support to the academic department, ensuring proper organization, registration, and tracking of information between the node and the central campus, thereby contributing to process efficiency and high-quality service for students and faculty. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school or technical/administrative degree **Experience:** * Experience in administrative tasks * Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office suite **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Office suite * Physical and digital document control and management * Drafting of administrative documents * Proficiency with videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) **Main Responsibilities** * Administrative support to the Academic Coordinator * Organization and control of documentation * Tracking and submission of information to the central campus * Basic assistance and guidance for students and faculty * Registration and tracking of information in institutional platforms **Key Competencies** * Planning and organization * Responsibility * Confidentiality * Effective communication * Service orientation Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
