Job Objective: Ensure proper management, supervision, and compliance with the organization’s accounting and tax processes. Coordinate and develop the accounting team to optimize the quality of financial information through timely review of tax returns, financial reports, and reconciliations. We Offer: * Salary: $25,000 net * Statutory benefits (hybrid scheme) * Enhanced benefits * Work location: Coyoacán * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (**Graduated**) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as coordinator of accounting departments * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax laws and Mexican Financial Reporting Standards. Responsibilities: * Supervise accounting and tax processes in accordance with current Mexican regulations. * Coordinate and train accounting department staff. * Review tax returns, financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting records. * Collaborate in internal and external audits, ensuring accurate integration of information.
