Trains staff and verifies compliance with standards. **We are hiring Shift Supervisors** **Job Objective:** Achieve sales targets by motivating and providing operational support to staff during the assigned shift, ensuring the brand’s established standards for quality, service, and customer care. **Required Profile:** * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (incomplete or completed) * Experience: Leadership experience in kitchens or restaurants **Work Schedules:** * Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Rotating shifts, as required by operations * Day off: Every Sunday * Work location: **Walmart Miramontes Quick-Service Food Area** **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $9,500.00 * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * Statutory benefits and life insurance * Free uniform: T-shirt and cap * Ongoing training and development * Weekly payment every Friday, exclusively via Banorte bank account **Primary Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with store standards regarding visual presentation, cleanliness, customer service, and proper functioning of equipment, facilities, and staff. * Supervise food and ingredient quality control during preparation. * Conduct cash register shift handovers (opening and closing). * Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues. * Ensure all operational areas are adequately stocked. * Monitor staff performance and guarantee exceptional customer service. * Validate cash limits and perform corresponding partial withdrawals. * Comply with and enforce the company’s hygiene standards. * Train staff on company processes, policies, and procedures. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Prior experience in cashier services, kitchen operations, report generation, inventory control, invoicing, cash handling, and purchase order management. * Preferred experience managing personnel, especially in the quick-service or food industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new computer systems. **Additional Requirements:** * Black pants, any fabric * Black sneakers or shoes, any model
