At **Grupo Impulmarc**, a wholesale distributor of groceries and representative of leading brands, we are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** with strategic vision, passion for results, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. **Location:** Torreón, Coahuila **Company:** Grupo Impulmarc **Job Objective** Ensure proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment of goods, guaranteeing organization, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery, while coordinating warehouse operational staff. **Key Responsibilities** Supervise material receipt and validate documentation (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices). Supervise storage, arrangement, classification, and safeguarding of merchandise. Maintain inventory control through cycle counts and internal audits. Ensure correct order picking, packing, and delivery. Coordinate operational staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Keep the warehouse organized according to 5S standards. Record receipts, shipments, and movements in ERP/Excel. Track order status with sales, purchasing, and logistics departments. Prepare inventory and KPI reports. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements** Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, search functions, basic operations). Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (any WMS). Knowledge of FIFO methods, cycle counting, and audits. Ability to supervise operational staff. Organization, cleanliness, and discipline. Knowledge of stacking, arrangement, and handling of merchandise.
