We are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE MANAGER. **Job Objective** Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise activities related to the receiving, storage, safeguarding, control, and distribution of company equipment and materials, ensuring proper inventory management, supply availability for projects, and correct procurement of materials required for operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, and delivery activities of equipment and materials. * Control inventory inflows and outflows according to authorized requests from respective departments. * Verify quality, quantity, and condition of received materials and equipment. * Generate regular purchase orders and extraordinary requisitions to maintain optimal stock levels. * Keep inventory records updated in administrative systems (Excel, SAE, or other system). * Prepare and supply required materials and equipment for projects scheduled by the installations department. * Prepare periodic inventory, equipment, and material availability reports. * Obtain quotations from suppliers for procurement of operationally necessary materials. * Draft and manage material purchase orders upon prior authorization by the administrative management. * Coordinate equipment dispatch and receipt with laboratory, manufacturing, or maintenance departments. * Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks according to operational needs. * Coordinate proper inventory rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing (in progress) * 2 years of experience as Warehouse Manager * Proficiency in: SAE, CRM, EXCEL (intermediate level); Logistics; ERP systems; Inventory and control reporting. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $13,691.70 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break); occasional Saturdays * Statutory benefits from day one (vacation bonus, vacation days, and year-end bonus) * Social security * Company-provided phone and computer * Bi-weekly and punctual payments * Learning and development opportunities. **Work Location: 15 minutes from Portales and Ermita metro stations** If you are interested in joining our team, apply through this channel or send your updated CV to **5587961338**, subject line: ***“APPLICATION FOR WAREHOUSE MANAGER*** **"** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $13,691.70 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Warehouse Manager: 2 years (Preferred) * SAE: 1 year (Preferred) * ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred) * Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred) * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
