Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the warehouse, supervise inventories, coordinate receiving and order preparation, and ensure delivery logistics with a focus on safety. Leadership of operational staff and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities** * **Inventory Control:** Supervise stock levels of aluminum profiles (by line and color), glass sheets, and hardware inventory. Conduct cyclic and annual inventories. * **Receiving Management:** Verify that materials received from suppliers match purchase orders in quantity and quality (inspect aluminum for dents and glass for chips). * **Space Optimization:** Organize the warehouse using specialized racks for profiles and glass stands for glass, ensuring industrial safety. * **Order Preparation (Picking/Packing):** Supervise accurate hardware picking and ensure glass or aluminum cutting (if applicable) complies with customer specifications. * **Delivery Logistics:** Coordinate safe loading onto transport vehicles, ensuring glass is properly blocked and protected during transit. * **Maintenance and Safety:** Ensure mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE): cut-resistant gloves, steel-toed boots, cut-resistant mesh shirts, and safety belts. **Required Profile** Category Requirement **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** 3–5 years in warehouse management (preferably in construction or metal-mechanical sectors). **Knowledge** Proficiency in Excel and 5S methodologies. **Skills** Leadership of operational staff, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
