UANL's Cultural Sowing Lottery is seeking a SYSTEMS MANAGER with the following profile: OBJECTIVE: Responsible for managing the Systems Department to ensure smooth operations, including information analysis tasks and technical support to users, proper functioning of the internal SISO system, user assistance, administration of its internal webpage, and necessary support. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience in the position of Systems Manager * Proficiency in systems management and technical support * Customer and user support skills FUNCTIONS * Administer the SISO system (internal system) and its modules * Track system incidents and requests * Communicate with staff * Provide online customer service * Track purchase orders * Coordinate the Systems Department to ensure successful execution of lotteries * Prepare sales reports and progress updates * Communicate with helpdesk personnel * Support with system comparisons and graphical representations * Assist in area-related plans and projects * Development * Supervise required maintenance activities within the department WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WE OFFER Monthly gross salary of $23,000 to $25,000 + statutory benefits + additional benefits upon completion of two months (30-day bonus, savings fund, and food vouchers) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Years of experience as Systems Manager?
