We are looking for our next Spa Manager, responsible for leading the center's overall operations, ensuring quality standards, and achieving ambitious sales goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and ensure excellent service delivery. Manage and develop the operational team. Monitor financial indicators, inventory, purchases, and suppliers. Create commercial strategies, promotions, and partnerships to increase sales. Ensure compliance with service protocols and policies. Handle customer issues and guarantee an exceptional client experience. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Esthetics, Cosmetology, Tourism, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Spa or aesthetic clinic manager. Experience in supervision, sales, and performance metrics management. Strong leadership, clear communication, and results-oriented mindset. What We Offer **Base Salary:** MXN $14,000 – $22,000 gross per month. **Sales Commissions:** 5% to 12% (Estimated total monthly income between MXN $33,000 and $76,000). Statutory benefits.
