Some of your main responsibilities will include: Customer Service and Advisory Support: * Delivering a personalized, attentive, and efficient shopping experience. * Identifying customer needs and offering solutions without being intrusive. * Demonstrating strong verbal communication skills to guide customers regarding products, promotions, or alternatives in case of stock shortages. * Physically assisting customers during the purchasing process (e.g., helping place items on the counter). Product and Process Knowledge: * Learning about our products and categories: utensils, equipment, warranties, returns, installations, and credit. * Explaining policies and procedures (supplier warranties, invoicing processes, returns, etc.). * Mastering the Odoo ERP system for tasks such as invoicing, collections, cancellations, returns, and customer registration. * Preparing quotations, especially for wholesale or credit customers.
