





**Restaurant Administrator** **Position Objective** To manage and control the restaurant’s financial, operational, and administrative resources to ensure smooth business operations, cost control, profitability, and compliance with internal policies—without assuming full strategic leadership of the establishment. **Functions and Responsibilities** General administration and finance, daily monitoring of income and expenses, review and reconciliation of cash register closures, weekly and monthly sales reports, billing control, payments to suppliers and accounts payable, supervision of operational costs (food, beverages, payroll, utilities), inventory oversight, shrinkage control, attendance, incident and overtime tracking, payroll and pre-payroll preparation. Knowledge, filing, and management of legal and tax documentation; preparation of reports for management, procurement, and support during internal and external audits. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism, Gastronomy, or a related field (completed or incomplete with verifiable experience). **Required Experience** Minimum 3 years in an administrative role within the **restaurant, hotel, cafeteria, food and beverage industry.** **Technical Knowledge** Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory control, invoicing, and general knowledge of food and beverage costing. **Competencies** Organization and control, attention to detail, honesty and integrity, numerical analysis ability, effective communication, ability to work under pressure. **IMPORTANT:** Only candidates meeting all the requirements listed above will be considered.
