




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality and safety, including physicochemical analysis, release of finished products, and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and safety of finished products and raw materials 2. Participate in internal audits and laboratory technique development 3. Management of procedures, documentation, and chemical control Responsibilities: Compliance with quality and safety management system criteria Compliance with CTPAT program criteria Physicochemical analysis, rapid allergen testing, and Lightning testing Release of finished product quality, bulk products, and purées Review of audit-related documents associated with assigned activities Follow-up on corrective actions Safeguarding information related to assigned activities (organization and storage) Ensuring GMPs in general personnel areas Reviewing and ensuring application of formulations and procedures Verifying equipment cleaning and sanitization Executing and evaluating non-conforming product procedures Conducting quality index assessments on finished products Laboratory chemical control Equipment inventory Participating as an internal auditor Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor Acting as Quality Manager or Quality Inspector for other shifts when absent Developing procedures related to assigned activities Participating in laboratory technique development Providing technical support to other departments on matters related to quality and safety assurance Transport inspection upon raw material receipt Following up on raw material rejections and documenting history Rapid testing of critical inputs Adhering to incoming inspection procedures Communication with suppliers Maintaining generated records Processing requisitions and processing purchase orders Tracking material requests from the Quality Department Reviewing material quality certificates against specifications Documentation and retained sample control and safeguarding Executing the export vehicle inspection procedure for C\-TPAT Position Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 \- $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
