




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Inventory Auditor with experience in the restaurant industry to ensure cost efficiency and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Application of knowledge in accounting and gastronomic administration Company dedicated to the restaurant industry WE ARE LOOKING FOR: **QUALITY AND INVENTORY AUDITOR** **REQUIREMENTS** * · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Gastronomic Administration, Food Engineering, or related field. * · **Experience:** 1–3 years in Cost Auditing, Warehouse Manager A&B, or Cost Control positions in high-volume hospitality/restaurant settings. * · **Technical Knowledge:** * o Inventory software proficiency (e.g., Micros, SAP, Oracle, Soft Restaurant). * o NMX-F-605-NORMEX standard (H Certification). * o Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, reconciliation formulas). * **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **1. Inventory and Cost Audits (60% of time)** * · Physical Counts: Conduct cyclic counts and audits in warehouses, cold rooms, kitchens, and dining areas. * · Variance Analysis: Reconcile physical stock versus system (theoretical) records and report shortages or overages. * · Standard Recipe Control: Audit portioning during service and recipe compliance to prevent cost overruns. * · Waste Supervision: Record, classify, and analyze causes of waste (operational vs. expiration). * · Purchase Verification: Confirm that received supplies match invoices in weight, quantity, and price. * **2. Hygiene Management and H Certification (40% of time)** * · Critical Point Verification: Monitor receiving, storage, and service temperatures. * · Logbook Control: Audit that cleaning, disinfection, and temperature logs are completed accurately and on time. * · FIFO Management: Ensure “First-In, First-Out” system is applied both for freshness and to prevent financial loss. * · Training: Instruct staff on hygienic handling practices to avoid contamination-related product loss. * **WE OFFER** Statutory Benefits Base Salary Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Staff cafeteria service Licenses/Certifications: * Driver’s license (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
